A PropertyLoadEvent event is dispatched when a property is loaded. Some properties are not loaded until an explicit load method is called, such as calling the loadStartpoints() method from the Category to load the startpoints for a category.

The PropertyLoadEvent event is passed to event listeners to indicate that this property has been successfully loaded when the load operation has successfully completed.
