Reads
an XML file from the file system of the LiveCycle Server, and saves
the file as an XML document in the process data.

Input propertiesProperties for specifying the file to read.
FilenameA string value that represents
the fully qualified name of the file to read from the file system
of the LiveCycle Server. Filename can include the following parameters
that are replaced with specific values at run time.

The default is UTF_8.
If you create a com.adobe.livecycle.fileutils.CharSet variable,
you must select Find Type in the Type list and search for the CharSet type.
Output propertiesProperties for storing operation results.
Result(Optional)
The location in which to save the file content that is read. The
data type is org.w3c.dom.Document.
