affect the user experience:
- Forms and form data:
- Specify which form is presented to Workspace users and the
form data to include in the form. Also specify where to save the
form data that is submitted when the task is completed.
- Instructions:
- Provide instructions to Workspace users that describe how
to complete the task.
- Task delegation and consultation:
- Specify whether users can delegate tasks to other users or
consult with other users about tasks.
- Attachments and notes:
- Specify whether users can add file attachments and notes
to tasks. You can also add file attachments to tasks if they are
relevant to the work that needs to be done.
- Reminders, deadlines, and escalations:
- Configure these mechanisms to ensure that the process progresses
within time constraints.
