Choosing the draft level

You can create a draft or final document. The default selection is Final.

If you are testing a PDF document to determine whether it is ready to be finalized and distributed, or if you are learning how to use the application, select Draft. You can create as many draft-level files as you want.

If you are ready to finalize and distribute the PDF document, select Final. Processing the file with Final selected increases the forms-processed counter; therefore, if you have a limited usage license, select this option only when you are sure that the document is final.
