LiveCycle (Deprecated for AEM forms) Launch Pad uses the
server settings to connect to your organization’s server and displays
the components that are available to you. The server settings are
either set up by your administrator or automatically created when
you install (Deprecated for AEM forms) Launch Pad.
You specify the user name and password for accessing the server.
Do not change the server protocol, name, and port.
Note: If the application cannot connect to the server,
the (Deprecated for AEM forms) Launch Pad user interface appears
but does not display any components.
The server settings are saved and, when you start (Deprecated
for AEM forms) Launch Pad again, the application automatically connects
to the server. Components or permissions that have changed are also
updated at each restart. If you choose to save your login credentials,
these are also saved.
