Email the completed letter

Note: The email correspondence workflow requires that the LiveCycle Email Service be configured beforehand. See Email service settings for more information.
  1. Click on the Letters tab in the Manage Assets UI.

  2. In the Email Letter dialog, provide the following details for the email message:
    • From, To, CC, and BCC email addresses, as necessary

      Note: You can specify multiple (comma separated) email addresses in the To, CC and BCC fields.
    • Optionally, a subject line for the email message

    • Optionally, body text that will accompany the correspondence

  3. Specify whether you want the correspondence to be emailed as HTML inline in the email or as a PDF attachment.

  4. Click OK.
