A new Letters tab in the Manage Assets user interface lets
you search for and view letter instances. Additionally, this tab
provides controls to perform the following actions:
View, Print, and Email complete
letters
View draft letters: Launches the Create Correspondence
user interface that lets agents continue working on the letter from
the point when it was last saved
