Restarts a batch job that failed or was stopped.

Job IdentifierA literal value that identifies
the batch job to restart.
Output propertyProperty that identifies the result for the operation.
ResultBatch processing return code. Can
return any of the following values:
COMPLETED
FAILED
STOPPED
UNKNOWN
ALREADY_RUNNING
RESTART_FAILED
ALREADY_COMPLETE
ExceptionsThis operation can throw a BatchProcessorException.
