When a task is complete, you can save information about
the task. Configure the Assign Task operation to store the following
information in process variables:
- Task identification:
- The unique identification of the task that was created
- User identification:
- The unique identification of the user who completed the task
This
information can be used later in the process if necessary. For example,
you can save the user identification to assign subsequent tasks
in the process to the same user.
