You can send content for review from within the authoring
environments provided by Technical Communication Suite. RoboHelp,
FrameMaker, and Adobe Captivate all provide integrated review functionality
so that you can set up and send content for review without having
to leave the applications.

Choose File > Save As Review PDF.

RoboHelp

Choose Review > Create PDF for Review.

Adobe Captivate

Choose File > Collaborate > Send for Shared Review.
