To configure UTC time zone

Important: When performing the below UTC configuration for data-specific commands, contact support by raising a ticket in the Admin console
  1. Ensure to take a backup of the existing database tables specified in the alter document.
  2. Run the database-specific commands in accordance with the corresponding context.
  3. Add the TimezoneforRHS=UTC parameter to the <context-name>_server.properties file in the WEB-INF folder of the installation directory. TimezoneforRHS=UTC Allows to store data in UTC time zone.
  4. Restart the RoboHelp server.
