Customize reports

Customizing reports facilitates easier viewing and interpretation. Options selected for customized reports remain the same while switching report types. Some useful options that you can specify while viewing reports are as follows:

Area: Instead of viewing a consolidated report for all areas, you can filter the report by area. Viewing area-specific reports facilitates interpretation.
Report: Use the drop-down to switch to a different report.

Save as SVG/Save as PNG: Click the three dots beside the Bar chart/Pie chart options in the report area to save the report data as a SVG or PNG file.

Export as CSV/Export as JSON: Click the three dots at the bottom-right corner of the report area to export the report data as a CSV or JSON file.

Add/Remove Columns: Click the Wrench icon to add/delete available columns from the data table in the bottom-half of the report screen.

Max Results: Use the up and down arrow buttons to display the number of reports of your help content that you want to view within a page. The maximum results that can be displayed are 99999 (Ninety-nine thousand, nine hundred ninety-nine) reports.

Date Range: Filter the report by time window.

View Report: Fetch the required report data from the RoboHelp Server by clicking on View Report.

Bar Chart/Pie Chart

Use the radio buttons to display report as a Bar Chart or a Pie Chart. Alternatively, you can choose to display the reports by selecting the options in View as:

Graph and Table To view both the visual and data representation of reports.

Table To view only the data in case of displaying numerous reports.

Graph To view only the chart for a pictorial representation of reports.
