Remarks
Set this element to 100 to preserve almost all pixels. Set this element to a lower number to allow a higher degree of compression with more loss. A lower value losses pixels and introduces artifacts.
This setting is ignored if the filetype-settings\settings\OpenOffice\images\compression element is set to Lossless.
