Remove tasks from search results

Depending on the search template the administrator provided, you may be able to hide your completed tasks so that they no longer appear in search results. The hidden tasks still appear on the History tab for the process instance and may still appear in the results from other search templates, depending on the template.

1. From the results of a search template, select a task.

2. Click Remove task . You are prompted to confirm the removal.
