Workbench allows you to load LiveCycle 7.x QPAC based processes,
but note that these processes will not function. Workbench will
indicate the lack of support and the processes have to be upgraded
for them to be functional with Workbench. See Upgrading LiveCycle 7.x QPAC processes for more information.
