The filter object describes the criteria
for filtering signed certificates. The signed certificates are used
to generate data signatures that follow the W3C XML-Signature standards.
Hierarchy of objects
The mdp, reasons,
and timestamp child objects are valid only if the
parent object is signature. If the parent object
is signData, Designer ignores these child objects
and does not generate them.
