Use
this dialog box to exclude a header row from the table, to include
a header row in the table, and to make the header row repeat on
every page.
To display this dialog box, select Insert > Standard >
Table > Create Table Using Assistant > OK > Header Row.
- No Header Row
- Excludes a header row from the table.
- Has Header Row
- Includes a header row in the table.
- Repeat Header Row On Each Page
- Repeats a header row on each page. This option is available
only when the parent subform is set to Flowed in the Subform tab
in the Object Palette.
