Use
this dialog box to specify how Designer processes the template you
import.
To display this dialog box, open a template file (TDS) that has
not been added to the Template Manager.
Copy this template into the Template Manager
Adds the template file to the Template Manager.
Create a new form based on this template
Creates an untitled PDF form based on the template; you can
name and save this form. If the template contains placeholders,
the New Form Assistant opens, enabling you to change the placeholder
information displayed in the various fields.
