SPNEGO (Simple and Protected GSSAPI Negotiation Mechanism)
is a GSSAPI (Generic Security Services Application Program Interface)
mechanism. This mechanism is used in client-server authentication
when neither the client or the server is aware of the authentication
protocol supported by the other.
Before you begin with the task of enabling LiveCycle for SPNEGO
authentication, you need to ensure that the LiveCycle Author and
Publish instances are configured. For details, see the following
topics in the Configure Correspondence Management Solution section
of Post-deployment
tasks.
