This component includes various Flex client side utilities
used by the other Flex components for the Asset Composer building
block. Most of these services/VOs are Flex wrappers around the server-side
counterpart, that are part of the Persistence Services component,
run over Flex Remoting. It also contains various utilities such
as ActionScript utility classes including StringUtil, DebugUtil,
and so on. These utility classes are used by other Flex components
of the building block to perform generic functions.
