The number of activities or operations in the process diagram is greater than the recommended maximum number.
Perform one of the following tasks:
Create multiple processes instead of a single process and link them at run time as subprocesses. (See Process designs for reuse.)

The maximum recommended number of operations is specified in the Workbench preferences. (See Customizing validation behavior.)
