You can use the Encryption service to unlock password-encrypted
or certificate-encrypted PDF documents. Attempting to perform a
LiveCycle operation on an encrypted PDF document generates an exception.
After you unlock an encrypted PDF document, you can perform one
or more operations on it, such as digitally signing it by using
the Signature service.
