LiveCycle requirementsTo use LiveCycle
Mobile, you must properly install and configure Adobe® LiveCycle® Enterprise Suite 2 (ES2), LiveCycle Enterprise
Suite 2.5 (ES2.5 SP2), or Adobe® LiveCycle® Enterprise Suite 3(ES3). The specific
versions and modules required depend on the LiveCycle Mobile functionality
that you intend to use:

Note: Adobe
LiveCycle Content Services 9 is deprecated. As of ADEP 10.0, it
is no longer available for purchase. It is included in the installer
for upgrade purposes only. If you previously licensed Content Services
you are now licensed to use ADEP Experience Services Core.
Note: If
LiveCycle is running on WebLogic or WebSphere, users can open HTML-rendered
task details on BlackBerry devices but not on Android or iOS devices.
If LiveCycle is running on JBoss, users can open HTML-rendered
task details on BlackBerry, Android, and iOS devices.

WebDAV requirementsTo enable iOS users
to use the “Documents” feature, you must properly install and configure
a WebDAV server such as Adobe LiveCycle Content Services 9 (deprecated)
or Microsoft SharePoint 2010. For information on how to install
and configure LiveCycle Content Services 9 (deprecated), see the LiveCycle Documentation page.
A
LiveCycle administrator must assign the LiveCycle Contentspace User
role (or another role with the Contentspace Console Login permission)
to all Content Services Mobile users. For information on assigning
roles to users, see “Creating and configuring roles” in the LiveCycle Administration Help .
Upgrading from earlier applications- Android:
- If you have Adobe LiveCycle Mobile 9.5 installed, uninstall
it before installing LiveCycle Mobile.
- BlackBerry:
- If you have Adobe LiveCycle Mobile 9.5 or Adobe LiveCycle Workspace
ES2 Mobile Client for BlackBerry Smartphones installed, uninstall
it before installing LiveCycle Mobile.
- iOS:
- If you have Adobe LiveCycle Mobile 9.5, Adobe LiveCycle Workspace
ES2 Mobile Client for iPhone, or Adobe LiveCycle Content Services
Mobile for iPhone installed, you do not need to uninstall it before
installing LiveCycle Mobile. LiveCycle Mobile will replace the older
application but all configured settings from the older application
will be erased.
