Depending on your organization’s requirements, you can
add "SaveAsDraft" action in the Create Correspondence Toolbar. Clicking
this "SaveAsDraft" button calls a LiveCycle postprocess that saves
the correspondence in an XML format so that it can be reloaded at
a later stage.
