Add a preset

Select the Preset tab.
Using the Add New PDF Preset drop-down, select Add New Preset.
Provide a Name for the preset.
Specify the location of the DitaVal File that you want to attach to the preset.
Specify the location of the publish Settings File that you want to attach to the preset

Note: The DITAVAL file and the settings file are uploaded and saved in MongoDB.
If you want to make your preset available for others, select Shared. If you do not select Shared, your preset is visible and available to you only.
Click Save.
