If you are configuring WebLogic Server manually, Solaris requires
an additional server start argument to use 64-bit features with
your managed server. Without this configuration change, the Sun
JDK defaults to 32-bit support only.
-
Start the WebLogic administration console by typing
http://[hostname]:[port]/console
in
the URL line of a web browser.
-
Type the user name and password that you created for the
WebLogic Server domain and click
Login
.
-
Under Change Center, click
Lock & Edit
.
-
Under Domain Structure, click
Environment
>
Servers
and,
in the right pane, click the managed server name.
-
Click the
Configuration
tab >
Server Start
tab.
-
In the
Arguments
box, append
-d64
to
the end of the current content.
-
Click
Save
and then click
Activate Changes
.
-
Restart WebLogic managed server.
