You can create your own table style to provide
a consistent look to borders, shading, alignment, and fonts in tables.
For example, you can format a table that looks like this one and
save it in the custom library so that you can reuse it in another
form.
-
Create a table.
-
Set the borders, shading, cell types, cell alignments, and
fonts.
-
Ensure that the Custom category of the Object Library palette
is open.
-
Select the table and drag it into the Custom category of
the Object Library palette.
-
In the Add Library Object dialog box, type the name of the
table style and click OK.
You can type a description and select
which tab group in the library that you want the object to appear
in.
