Use
the Network Connection Not Found dialog box to create a connection
to the specified URL.
The Network Connection Not Found dialog box appears when Designer
cannot detect an established network connection to the specified
base URL. The folder that Designer is attempting to detect is displayed
in the box. Click OK to continue and create a connection to the
folder.
