whether a path represents a file.

Input propertiesProperties for specifying the path.
PathnameA string value represents the
path.
Output propertiesProperties for specifying where to save results.
Result(Optional)
The location to store the result. The data type is boolean. A value of True indicates
that the path represents a file and a value of False indicates
that the path is not that of a file.
