Sets a file on the file system of the LiveCycle
Server to read only.

Input propertiesProperties for specifying the file.
FilenameA string value that represents
the fully qualified name of the file to set to read only.
Output propertiesProperties for specifying where to save results.
Success(Optional)
A boolean value that indicates
whether the directory was successfully created. A value of true indicates
the directory was created, and false indicates
the directory was not successfully created.
