Create a
process
to represent the business process
that you are automating. When you create a process, specify a name
and associate it with an existing application. Processes that you
create appear in the Application view.
You create processes by using the following methods:

New AEM forms Process wizard:

This wizard creates a process that is either empty or contains
one or more start points that are configured.

Copy and paste:
-
Copy an existing process and paste it into the same or a different
application. This method is useful when you want to create a process that
is similar to the one previously created. You make only the required
modifications without having to redraw the entire process diagram.

Save as:
-
This method is similar to the copy-and-paste method. The
only difference is that you can specify a different name for the
process.
Check the newly created process into the repository
to facilitate collaborative development and to preserve changes
in a safe environment.

Drag a process template:

This method is similar to the copy-and-paste method. The
