檢視及搜尋 PDF

在 Reader 工具列上，使用「縮放」工具及「放大」功能表放大或縮小頁面。使用「檢視」功能表的選項變更頁面顯示。「工具」功能表另有其它多種選項，可讓您以不同的方式調整頁面以利檢視 (「工具」>「選擇和縮放」)。

在 PDF 中尋找資訊

您可以使用「搜尋」視窗 (「編輯」>「搜尋」) 或「尋找」工具列搜尋圖層、表格欄位、註解、書籤及數位簽名等頁面內容。

檢視及搜尋 PDF 文件夾

「PDF 文件夾」收納了 PDF 以外的檔案，如 Microsoft Office 文件。您可以使用 Reader 搜尋工具在「PDF 文件夾」中搜尋特定的文字。只要在「PDF 文件夾」工具列的「搜尋」方塊中鍵入所要尋找的文字，搜尋結果即會顯示內含指定文字的所有檔案。

填寫表格

即使在行動裝置上，也可輕鬆地填寫、儲存表格，再以電子方式送出。開始時，請選擇掌形工具或選擇工具。如果您將指標放在互動表格欄位中，指標圖示將變為以下一種圖示：

若要在表格欄位之間移動，請按 Tab 鍵。若要刪除條目，請按 Esc 鍵。填妥表格之後，請按一下「送出表格」按鈕。PDF 作者如有啟用表格的本機儲存功能，也可選擇「檔案」>「另存新檔」重新命名檔案，一併儲存表格與您的資訊而不送出。

提示：若要加快填寫表格的速度，可以開啟「表格」偏好設定中的「自動完成」(選擇「偏好設定」對話方塊的「表格」)。

簽署 PDF

簽署 PDF 時，即是向寄件者確定指定的收件者已收到該 PDF。在 Reader 中，只有啟用「Reader 使用權限」的 PDF 才可進行簽署。(在 Acrobat 中選擇「進階」>「Adobe Reader 延伸功能」。)

  1. 按一下「簽名」面板中的「簽署」按鈕 「簽名」按鈕，或選擇「文件」>「簽署」>「簽署文件」。
  2. 遵循指示建立簽名位置，然後完成「簽署文件」對話方塊。

使用「預覽文件」功能，在靜態安全的狀態下檢視及簽署文件。此時無法顯示多媒體及 JavaScript 一類的動態內容。如需詳細資訊，請參閱 Acrobat 說明的在「預覽文件」模式下簽署。

在 Acrobat.com 上建立 PDF

參與審核

回覆注釋

回覆注釋的方法有兩種：

若要刪除回覆，請在回覆上按一下滑鼠右鍵，再按一下「刪除此回覆」。或從「注釋」清單中選擇回覆，然後按一下「注釋清單」工具列的「資源回收筒」圖示。

批准或拒絕 PDF

在要求批准 PDF 時，您會收到內含 PDF 之逐步審核步驟說明的電子郵件。此外，「印章」浮動視窗及文件訊息列皆會顯示在 PDF 頂端。您可以使用這些說明及工具批准或拒絕文件。

記錄審核

若要記錄文件審核或檢視審核的狀態，請選擇「檢視」>「記錄」。「記錄」會顯示參與審核的人員，以及每名人員所發佈的注釋數目。

使用 Adobe ConnectNow 在 PDF 上協作

您可以使用桌面上的 Adobe ConnectNow 主持即時會議。與會者通過從各自電腦在網路會議空間中登錄來參與會議。在 ConnectNow 線上會議中，您可以共用桌面、使用即時交談、共用線上白板，以及使用許多其它協作功能。

Adobe Reader 提示

開啟及儲存 PDF

我無法開啟 PDF

當收到密碼保護的 PDF 時，必須使用指定的密碼，才可開啟該文件。一些受保護的文件不允許您列印、編輯或複製文件的內容。文件中若對功能進行限制，則這些功能的相關工具及功能表項目在 Reader 中將會以灰色顯示。

開啟 PDF 時若發生問題，或受限無法使用某些功能，請聯絡該 PDF 的作者。

我開啟 PDF 時收到錯誤訊息

若收到訊息指出「有一或多個 Adobe PDF 延伸功能已停用」，請使用下列步驟修正問題。

  1. 開啟「控制台」中的「網際網路選項」，然後按一下「進階」標籤。
  2. 選擇「啟用第三方瀏覽器延伸」。
  3. 按一下「確定」，然後重新啟動電腦。

我無法儲存 PDF

您必須經過 PDF 作者的允許，才可儲存 PDF 或「PDF 文件夾」。PDF 作者可以啟用本機儲存功能，讓收件者儲存文件。PDF 表格作者通常不會啟用本機儲存功能。

檢視影像及 3D 模型

如何才能複製 PDF 的圖片

您可以使用「快照工具」複製 PDF 的圖片。

  1. 請選擇「工具」>「選擇和縮放」>「快照工具」快照工具。
  2. 拖曳您要儲存之影像周圍的矩形，然後鬆開滑鼠按鈕。

您的選擇會自動複製到剪貼簿，然後請在其它應用程式中選擇「編輯」>「貼上」，將複製的影像貼入另一份文件。

我看不到 PDF 中的影像

在「偏好設定」對話方塊中，選擇「頁面顯示」，然後選擇「顯示大型影像」。

如何才能移動或旋轉 3D 模型

只要按一下 3D 模型，即可顯示 3D 工具列。按一下「旋轉工具」旋轉工具旁的箭頭，可檢視 Reader 中所有可用的 3D 導覽工具。

列印

為何無法列印文件

當收到密碼保護的 PDF 時，必須輸入指定的密碼，才可列印該文件。一些受保護的文件不允許您列印、編輯或複製文件的內容。若文件設有列印限制，請聯絡作者。

如何才能列印大型格式的 PDF

文件若超出標準頁面大小，請選取「檔案」>「版面設定」。建立自訂頁面大小，再列印您的文件。

注釋

意外當機後，是否可以恢復遺失的變更

「自動儲存」功能可避免意外當機之後遺失變更。

  1. 開啟意外當機前您正在處理的檔案。
  2. 當有所提示時按一下「是」，以開啟自動儲存的檔案。當機時若開啟了多個檔案，Reader 將會開啟所有的檔案。
  3. 使用原始檔案名稱儲存檔案。

自動儲存若已停用，可從「偏好設定」對話方塊加以重新啟動。選擇左側的「文件」，再選擇「自動儲存文件變更至暫存檔案的間隔為：XX 分鐘」。在「分鐘」方塊中，指定儲存檔案的頻率。

如何才能刪除審核注釋

若刪除經過回覆的注釋，將只會刪除該注釋。所有回覆仍會保留在 PDF 中，但不再屬於執行段的一部分。這些回覆可能變得很難檢視。您可以使用下列一種方法刪除回覆：

填寫表格

為何無法儲存填寫過的表格

除非表格的作者允許，否則無法儲存填寫過的表格。當您在 Adobe Reader 中開啟表格時，可以檢視表格上方之通知區域中的使用權限。請聯絡表格作者變更您的使用權限。

如何才能移除自動完成的條目？

在「偏好設定」對話方塊中，選取左側的「表格」。在「自動完成」區段中，選擇「編輯條目清單」，然後移除或變更不需要的字組。

協助工具

滑鼠動作的對應鍵盤指令

是否可以使用螢幕閱讀程式或放大鏡閱讀 PDF

對於螢幕放大鏡或螢幕閱讀程式，您可以使用「協助工具設定助理」設定 Reader。

如何才能重排 PDF 的文字

您可以重排 PDF，使其暫時依照文件窗格的寬度，以單欄的形式顯示。此重排檢視可讓文件更易於閱讀。

在大多數情況下，只有可讀的文字會顯示在重排視圖中。無法重排的文字包括表格、注釋、數位簽名欄位及頁面人工標記，如頁碼、頁首及頁尾。同時包含可讀文字及表格或數位簽名欄位的頁面無法進行重排。垂直文字會重排為水平文字。

UNIX 平台上的支援
