Workspace has three types of To Do lists and you can identify
them by their different icons:
Individual lists, which contain
tasks that are assigned directly to you.
Group lists, which contain
tasks that are assigned to a group. Any member of the group can
open and complete the tasks.
Shared lists, which contain
tasks that are assigned to a user who has shared their To Do list
with you and possibly other users. Any of the users sharing the
list can open and complete the tasks.
You can display the tasks in a list view or card view. In list
view, you can sort the tasks by clicking the column headers. You
can perform some actions without opening the selected task by clicking
the buttons at the bottom of the list. In card view, you can perform
some actions without opening the task by clicking the buttons that
appear on the card when you pause the pointer over it.
Note: An exclamation icon in the list item or on the
card indicates that the task is of high priority.
