Logged actions

The following actions are logged as part of audit trails:

  • Create an asset

  • Update an asset

  • Revert an asset

  • Read an asset

  • Publish an asset

  • Save correspondence as draft

  • Submit correspondence

  • Print final correspondence

  • Email final correspondence

  • Custom delivery

Once any of these actions are complete, an Audit event is triggered and asynchronously processed to update the logs.

Note: Audit trails related to final correspondence instances are recorded only if correspondence instance management is enabled. For more information, see Manage letter instances.
Audit entries capture the following information:

  • Asset name

  • Asset type

  • Asset version

  • Action by

  • Action time

  • Action type

  • Any other extended properties defined for the asset
