Depending on your organization’s requirements, you can
add "SaveAsDraft" action in the Create Correspondence Toolbar. Clicking
this "SaveAsDraft" button calls an ADEP postprocess that saves the
correspondence in an XML format so that it can be reloaded at a
later stage.
