Download comps from Adobe Stock Photos

You can download comps to any folder on your system and work with them through Adobe Bridge. You can choose an option to also download a copy of the comp to a default Adobe Stock Photos folder. In that way you can easily work with them in the Adobe Stock Photos window within Bridge.

  1. In the search results, click an image to select it. To select additional images, Control-Click (Windows) or Command-click (Mac OS).
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Click the Download Comp button.

    • Right-click (Windows) or Ctrl-click (Mac OS) a selected photo and choose Download Comp from the menu.

    • Click Get Price or click Find Similar and then click Download Comp in the dialog box. (In the Price and Provider tabs, you can download only one comp at a time. In the Keyword tab you can download all the selected photos at once.)

  3. In the Save As dialog box, choose a location to save the comp.
    • If you want to change the name of the comp rather then using the AdobeID name, choose Rename from the File Saving Options menu and type a new name. If you are downloading multiple comps, a sequential number is added to the name for each file. If a file exists with the name you chose, a number is added to the current file name so that you don’t overwrite a file.

    • If you want to save a copy of the comp in the default folder so that it is easy to find, select Save a Copy in the Download Comp Folder. For information on changing the default download folder, see Change Adobe Stock Photos preferences.

When the download is complete, you can click View Folder in the dialog box that appears to view the comp in Adobe Bridge. You can move downloaded comps to any folder you want.
