Using the Motion effect controls in Premiere Pro, you
can move the layers of a Photoshop document independently of one
another. Import the Photoshop document either as single
layers, or as a sequence. For more information, see Import a layered Photoshop file.
Either open the bin containing the layer clips, and drop
them into video tracks above one another in a sequence; or open
the sequence containing the clip layers.
Use the Motion effect controls for each layer clip to move
or scale the layer clip independently of the other layer clips.
For more information, see Adjust position, scale, and rotation.
