You can use the preview area at
the top of a Project panel to preview individual clips.
Select the clip.
Press the Play button on
the thumbnail viewer. The Play button becomes a Stop button. Press
Stop to stop playback. (Playing the clip in the thumbnail viewer
does not affect Source Monitor views.)
