Apply a movie theme

  1. Arrange your clips in the Sceneline.
  2. In the Tasks panel, click Edit, and then click Themes .
  3. Locate the theme you want to apply using the two menus at the top of the panel.
  4. Click the theme you want, and click Edit Movie Theme Options.
  5. Do any of the following:
    • To apply the theme to selected clips only, click Apply To Clip(s). By default themes are applied to the entire movie.

    • To disable any properties in the theme that you don’t want to apply, click to deselect them.

    • To add your own title, type your title in the box under Intro Title.

    • To add your own closing credits, type your credits in the box under Closing Credits.

      Note: Titles, credits, intros, closings, and menus are available only if you are applying the theme to an entire movie.
  6. Click Done to accept the changes.
  7. Do one of the following:
    • When applying to an entire movie, click Apply at the bottom of the Tasks panel, or drag the theme from the Tasks panel to a clip in the Sceneline.

    • When applying to selected clips, select the clips in the Sceneline and click Apply at the bottom of the Tasks panel, or drag the theme to one of the selected clips.

To remove a theme, choose Edit > Undo.
