View your files

You can view a list of the files that others have shared with you or that you have uploaded or shared with others.

  1. Select the thumbnail or details view from the View options on the toolbar. The details view shows the preview thumbnail, file name, owner, size, date, and type of each file.
  2. Point to a thumbnail or a file name in the list (depending on your current View option) to display the options for downloading, sharing, viewing information, or deleting a file. Click the Information button to show or hide the inline information for each file.
  3. Double-click a file to open the preview version of the file. To exit preview mode, click the Close icon .
    Note: Preview is limited to files up to 500 pages long.
