Add or remove recipients

If you have already shared a file, you can still add additional recipients or remove existing recipients.

  1. Double-click the file.

    If you have already shared the file, the Shared With pane on the right displays the list of users you have shared the file with.

  2. To share the file with another recipient, click the plus sign (+) and add the new recipient.
  3. To remove a recipient, click the minus sign (-) and remove the selected recipient.

    If you remove a recipient for a secured file, the recipient can no longer access the file on Share. If you remove a recipient for a public file, the recipient is still able to access the file, using the URL for the file.

    Removing a recipient for a file does not remove the recipient from the Contacts list.

  4. Click the Close icon to exit preview mode and return to the Share library.
