Download Content library files (except presentations)

Users who have access (the correct permission level) to an item can download Content library files to their computers. You can download any type of content. If the content is composed of more than one file, it is packaged into a ZIP file.

  1. Click the Content tab.
  2. Navigate to the content file that you want to download.
  3. Click the name of the content file.
  4. Click the Download Content link on the navigation bar.

  5. Under Download output file(s), click the content file name.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Navigate to where you want to save the file. If necessary, replace the default filename.
  8. Click Save.
  9. When the download is complete, click Close.
