After
an event, there are several tasks and administrative activities
to perform.
- Thank attendees

Send a thank you e‑mail message to attendees. Also, consider sending
an e‑mail message to those who were not able to attend.
- Create a post-event URL

Direct attendees’ browsers to a post-event URL where they
can view product information and complete surveys. You can customize both
the absentee and thank you follow‑up e‑mail messages so that they
include the post-event URL.
- Read reports

View event reports to obtain statistical data and participant
information. Reports enable you to assess the success of the event
and make needed adjustments to future events.
- View the Event dashboard

Look at the Event dashboard to see a graphical representation
of statistical data about all of your events. The dashboard data reflects
all of the events in your My Events folder.

Organize the event files in your library.
