Save or e‑mail chat history or notes

To preserve the meeting notes or chat history, any attendee can copy the contents of the Chat or Note pod and paste the text into another application. As a host or presenter, you can also send the contents of the Chat or Note pod to an e‑mail recipient.

 Click Pod Options , and then select E‑mail Notes or E‑mail Chat History.
Note: These commands are available only if the Adobe Acrobat Connect Add‑in is installed. (You are prompted to install the add‑in the first time you share your screen.)
