Disable private chat

As a host or presenter, you can prevent participants from chatting privately. When you disable private chat, participants can send text messages to all presenters or to everyone, but not to individual attendees. However, a host or presenter can still send private messages to anyone.

  1. Click Pod Options  in the lower-right corner of the Chat pod.
  2. Click Enable Private Chat For Participants to deselect it.

    The check mark is removed, indicating that private chat is disabled.
