Clip Notes export settings
Export settings- Format
- QuickTime movie or Windows Media movie.
- Preset
- Preset based on broadcast standard, data rate, aspect ratio,
and quality.
Settings in the Clip Notes tab- Embed Video
- Embeds the rendered movie into the PDF.
- Stream Video
- Posts the rendered movie to an FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
server and includes a link to the movie in the PDF. The size of
the PDF is smaller than it would be if you embedded the movie, but
you and your reviewers must have access to an FTP server that is
also a web server.
- Password
- Requires the reviewer to enter the password to open the PDF.
- Instructions
- Instructions to reviewers. You can edit this field. The
contents of this field will be presented to reviewers in an Instructions
dialog box when they open the Clip Notes PDF. If you leave this
field empty, then the Instructions dialog box will not be presented
to reviewers.
- Return Comments To
- E‑mail address to which reviewers’ comments are sent upon
export.
